Our staff is fully competent and trained. We have absolutely separate departments for production & sales, and yet there is a fine co-ordination between the departments. The conditions are work favorable here, and so our staff always comes out with the best. A brief Description of the staff is as follows:

Managing Director and Chairman :
Mr. Nilesh Patel and Mr. Shantibhai Patel, respectively, dispense with their duties in their roles, coordinating, planning, visualizing and implementing all business plans in all the fields. They are the ultimate decision makers.

Production Unitt :
The biggest department of the company. We have around 300 person dedicated for production. This department is consisting of some other department like CNC department, UASB Dept., Moulding Dept., lab, etc…

Sales Department :
The sales department is also further divided on various bases, such as area/region wise, private sector/government sector wise and product wise.

Accounts Department:
Solely responsible for all the accounting activities.

All the above departments work in complete harmony with each other. It is an open environment.
