We have a work force to meet the schedule deliveries in time. We are fully equipped with workshop having various machines, ready made moulds, mandrills etc. in case of limitation of the processed objects we can fabricate large equipments at Customer premises.

We specialize and have experience of manufacturing equipments and its accessories for Sewage Treatment Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant Erection & Commissioning of it at the job site.

We have also installed “CNC – FILAMENT WINDING MACHINE” for manufacturing GRP pipe upto 1500 mm. We have installed and implemented “SPRAY TECHNOLOGY” for better binding and finishing of the manufactured items. We are the first pioneer entrepreneur to use this technology in our products to give best quality and high glossy material.
DESIGN FACILITY & SOFTWARE
The Design team includes Environmental Engineers, Mechanical Engineers and Supporting staffs.

The group is an experienced unit and studies the project in totality. The drawings are made in reference to the specifications of the customer and the documentation is sent for approval to the customers.

Computers aid the unit with facilities of CAD/CAM Pro. E 2D & 3D CA, Mechanical, Desktop, 3D Piping CAD/CAM, CAD Wind software, CAD Fil Software, Solid Edge Software of working.
TESTING FACILITIES
We have in-house testing facilities for routine and type tests. The works have full facilities to test the manufactured items, starting from raw material stage to finished stage. The following routine tests are done during manufacturing and on finished products. Type tests can be carried out in house or at organized testing laboratories on request.
